| | | | | You may be familiar with the English term for Kaiguang, which is “Open Light.” Kai Guang is a religious ritual of Buddhism, when monks of a high spiritual character say prayers and endow goods with auspicious (favorable, positive, lucky) power. Kai Guang is closely tied to Feng Shui. The practice of Feng Shui is to add all the elements to a room or object to make you feel more peaceful and calm. The five Feng Shui elements are gold, wood, fire, earth and water. Based on your birth date, you will have more of some of these elements and less of others. The kaiguang ceremony adds the elements to your jewelry that you lack. As you wear the jewelry you will receive the feng shui from your jewelry.
There are very few places in China today where Kaiguang is offered by great masters, because most temples were destroyed during the cultural revolution of the 1960’s. Luckily, The Ling Yin Temple was spared destruction during the Revolution and the spirit of Buddha still exists there.
Upon ordering your jewelry, you can choose to have it sent directly to you with or without the “Kaiguang” ceremony. Please provide your name and exact birth date if you would like to add the "kaiguang" service to your order. Our staff in Hangzhou will make an appointment with the master (fashi 法师) of Lingyin temple and he will choose an auspicious day(黄道吉日) to "kai guang" the items you have ordered. This will give them a spiritual transmission of Divine light as a permanent Divine blessing tool. After your items have received this Divine power, you can invoke them to give a powerful healing blessing to yourself or to others. You can use it to bless, heal, and transform every aspect of your life and the lives of others.
