Shipping:
When you place an order from Art of Stone, we will estimate shipping costs for you based on the shipping options you choose and the weight of the item(s).
We use a variety of carriers including UPS, FedEx, and US Priority Mail for each shipping option. Orders are shipped via the best method available depending on the weight, value, contents, and delivery location.

Delivery Estimates:
Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including any production work required. Expedited orders will ship by selected shipping method on the estimated shipping date; the "usually ships within" time listed on a product's detail page
Please note that by choosing the Express Delivery option, it will not reduce the time for your order to leave the warehouse, it will only reduce the time in transit. We use the following calculation:
Available-to-Ship Time + Delivery Method Ship Time = Total Delivery Time
P.O Boxes and Military APO / FPO Addresses
USPS Priority, (3-8 business days)
Some items may be shipped to P.O Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Service, but some restrictions apply. If product order page indicates item ships via UPS or any other method besides USPS Priority mail, item will not ship to P.O Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We regret that we can't ship to countries other than the United States right now. Additional charges may be incurred to orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
Order Tracking:
When you place your order on the Art of Stone.com store you get an automated order confirmation email to the email address that you entered while placing your order.
You will also get a shipping notification email with your tracking number when your order ships so that you can track it on its way to you. (except USPS deliveries)

Returns:
We guarantee our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund your money. We value you as a customer and a friend! If you want to return an item, you have 15 days to contact us about your intent to return. Please return items via insured mail, as we will not give refunds for items damaged during return shipping. There is a 15% restocking fee (less shipping and handling) on all items.
If your order has been damaged or contains the wrong items, you must first contact our Customer Service team within 15 days of receiving your order. Please provide your name, order number and request for refund or exchange. You must have the original packaging in the event of shipping damage so as to present it to the appropriate inspector/agent of the shipping company used.
